Flat Transmission Belt
Application:it is used for transmitting power and lifting materials, and is widely applied to the transmission of engines, blowers, elevators, water pumps, threshers and so on.
Features:it is refined by taking high-strength canvas as the framework material in combination with high-quality rubber. The belt features high strength, large transmission power, good deflection performance, no slip, cross drive, easy connection, small elongation and high durability.
※Folded-edge flat transmission belt: the out most layer of the belt is overlaid with one layer or multiple layers of canvas; its side surface is arc-shaped.
※Cut-edge flat transmission belt: it is molded by attaching multiple layers of integral canvas; its side surface is a plane formed by cutting; the plane of the belt edge is coated with rubber cement.

2.Elongation at break: when the flat belt is subjected to longitudinal tensile test, its elongation at break is less than or equal to 20%.
3.Bond strength: the ply bond strength of the flat belt is more than or equal to 3.0KN/M.
